Recently, the Japanese doctor-patient relationship has become more sophisticated. Accordingly, the number of legal cases is also increasing. Therefore, doctors should acquire appropriate knowledge of Japanese law. In this paper, we discuss compensation based not only on civil law but also on the code of civil procedures.
